ICM Qualified* and a member of the A.C.P.*, I have over 13 years of Credit Control, Customer Service and Management experience. Whilst results are paramount I equally understand that customer relationship is extremely important and therefore apply tact and diplomacy when dealing with people. I am able to be understanding, yet assertive. I have successfully set up credit control functions, defining processes and quality
procedures.
Higher efficiency resulted in DSO improvements up to 30 days and significant reduction of aged debtors in various companies. Currently I am working with small businesses improving cash collection whilst maintaining or even improving customer relationships. Furthermore I have successfully processed small court claims for small businesses resulting in payment prior to CCJs.
